HORRIBLE would be a good word in this context. My 5 orders were at their delivery center for 10 days, no calls, nothing. And then they just cancelled ALL of the orders. Another 8 parcels are in their delivery center for 3 days, and of course no calls, nothing. This is the Ludhiana delivery center. They have no customer service number to call to, no where to contact. What should a customer do in this situation?! Sure people only leave bad reviews, but these companies don't even make an effort to give good service so that customers want to leave good reviews. How come Amazon doesn't have such bad reviews for its service?! Because they not only TALK about giving excellent customer service, they ACTUALLY give it. Ekart has mentioned 'customer first' as a company value, which is a complete lie. Recommend using ANY other delivery service. Save your time, money and most importantly energy.
